What did you do to get this issue?
I upgraded my PC from an Intel i5 4460 with 8GB RAM to my Ryzen. Since I was switching from Intel to AMD i also had to do a fresh install of windows

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
Restarted FiveM, Restarted my PC, deleted cache, reinstalled FiveM, opened up GTA through steam and reinstalled FiveM
It’s something to do with my characters not loading. I can join but the Multicharacter mod doesn’t show up and the only option i can take is to press ‘new’ when i do that, i am loaded into the world with my existing character, however my character doesn’t show up, and neither does anyone else’s for me. I am pretty sure it isn’t a server issue since I am the only one experiencing this. I have tried everything i could think of.
