Can anyone assist ?
Our server randomly appears offline from the public list however you can direct connect no issues at all. This started happening 2 months ago and we have tried everything to fix but no luck. Server artifacts are latest recommended. Cleared server cache, restarted dedicated server numerous times.
Is it happening right after booting it up? Or is this an ongoing issue through out longer periods of time (when people are already playing)?
We found the issue - we had a streaming gif for our banner - the second we got to 50 players, ther server appeared offline.
This may be help for some people in the future - this took us 3 months to figure out
Was it online through the control panel? (what hosting do you use?)
Yes, everything was online, players could direct connect. Check above message for the fix for us.
