FiveM ruining my internet connection for about 1hour

Hello, i created fivem account because i found nothing useful on internet searching for hours, my issue is EXACTLY the same as Fivem is ruining my internet connection
it’s the only one thread i found that matches exactly like my issue, keep in mind, i don’t have any issues in any other games but fivem. Basically when i launch fivem my internet will be gone, i can play on any server, but my google chrome (or any other browser) won’t load a single website for about an hour, i can play fivem without issues, but cannot use my internet, not on my browser, not on my phone.

What did you do to get this issue? Nothing.
What server did you get this issue on? It’s not when i connect to server, it begins when i launch fivem.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. Turning off my antivirus, changing pc name, reinstalling fivem, deleting cache.
