Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Only Windows Defenders
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Hello after last two days of updates i am having a trouble like cars are flashing and blinking instead of smooth drive. I’ve tried many thing but could not solve the problem. (Yes i did reinstall FiveM, my CPU and GPU is pretty fine, Game Graphic Settings are Very high)
