FiveM / Rockstar new ToS question

Hey community

As 17Movement scripts, we’ve created a new script. It’s a job on an oil platform which we plan to release soon. I have a question regarding the new ToS. From my understanding, it prohibits the sale of anything to which we do not have the rights, or that is created by Rockstar. Confirming this, I’ve seen several releases that were simply about opening a building and inserting an in-game interior. Then the Community pointed out that such an approach is illegal.

Let me briefly describe my case

We’ve created a script that required an oil platform and a special dock. We built these things from scratch, which took us several dozen hours. Here are the screenshots of the entire work:

Moving on to the specifics, we used the interior available in the game in two places. I’m talking precisely about the interior of one of the buildings on the dock, and the interior of the building on the oil platform. It’s a small part of the whole, but a few people have pointed out to me that this map violates the ToS because it uses things belonging to Rockstar Games:

What do you think about this, I would be super grateful for a response from a moderator or someone in a higher position to be sure. Does my script, in your opinion, break the ToS?

If it violates the ToS, how does that relate to the fact that many of the maps use ready-made props from the game scattered on their ymaps?

If the map violates the ToS, would it be legal to distribute the map for free, but only to those who have previously purchased the script? Because the ToS only concerns paid scripts/maps?

Please let me know what you think about this. Thanks in advance.

Either I am lacking some information here (not a map builder) but this sounds completely fine to me. Otherwise every single script that is doing something with interiors would be against ToS which would make no sense.

You are using the resources that are already present in the game and e.g. not from a different game.

Or did you completely copy paste the interior somewhere else? Then I could see the problem as you could have probably just used GTA’s portal system to connect to the already existing one (but again, I’m not a map builder)
