Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Important parts
What is the issue you’re having? When I open up FiveM it changes to a weird ass resolution, when I tab out of FiveM my pc has a slight spaz attack ajusting back into the default resolution.
What are you trying to do? Fix it.
What have you tried already to fix the issue? Clear cache, reinstall fivem, update drivers, restart PC, tweak settings within GTAV story mode & FiveM

What did you do to get this issue? Tried to get a brighter light pack, proceeded to open FiveM the second time after it got installed and this happened.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! Alaska state RP
