FiveM Randomly Crashes/Freezes Help

GTA V version? Latest
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Yes
Windows version? Windows 7 (And no im not gonna change it to Windows 10 because it worked perfectly fine before it started happening
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? That’s actually when the problem started to happen
Error screenshot (if any) None it just freezes on the screen repeating the sound from in game like if I freeze on someone saying “Hey” it just repeats a billion times until I do Ctrl Alt Delete and turn off the system through there.
System specifications Not sure what this means but I guess no.
What did you do to get this issue? Like I said I cleared my Cache and ever since it started to happen
What server did you get this issue on? Usually it’s Rustic RP
CitizenFX.log file None (Assume it’s like some sort of bug thing when it pops up)
.dmp files/report IDs None (Assume it’s like some sort of bug thing when it pops up)

Also add what you already tried so far. Nothing, the closest I’ve tried was crossing my fingers and hope I don’t crash while in the middle of an important RP because I don’t even know where to begin with.
