Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes i tried but don’t work.

I’m getting a code CURL Error code 92 everytime I try to enter a server. I’ve been playing in a server the last 5 days and now as of last night i have not been able to get in the normal server I’ve been in or any other. i just get a Code 92

Make your own post, this has nothing to do with the OP’s issue

Reinstall GTAV entirely, you have extra files from presumably SP mods in there - make sure your installation is clean.
Try joining the b2699 Test server and see if your game works fine there as well
