Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Also add what you already tried so far:
Have tried reinstalling FiveM over 6 times, closing unnecessary tasks while playing, disabling recording software, setting priority to high, reducing graphics settings.
MY ISSUE:
Recently, FiveM has become very unenjoyable due to some consistent performance issues. FiveM is using 80-90% CPU and RAM. When driving, I get large hitches every 10 seconds or so (happening more frequently the longer I play). The issue is definitely with FiveM as regular GTA works perfectly fine.
