So today we got our patreon key and doesnt seem to be working? We added in propley as Zap Hosting told us to and its not working the way it should be. Our server title doesnt have color and custom clothing doesnt seem to be working. Anyone mind giving me a hang?
Does your FiveM forums account have the same email adress as the Patreon account?
Yes its my friends FiveM acocunt that has it linked it shows that he has the $15 teir and all.
Then he needs to create a key at https://keymaster.fivem.net and needs to give you that key. That’s it. If he has it everything should work no problemo.

yea we did all that and followed Zap Hosting guide to put in the correct spot and still a no go! No server title color and no custom clothing.
Well then your friend does not have an active key. Does it state his subscription tier on the Keymaster dashboard?

Then there should be no problem at all. If you’ve done everything correctly, everything should work fine. There does not seem to be any problem to me.
