FiveM not working at all, strange behaviour, like 'hacked'

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
Error screenshot (if any) it doesn’t let me take any, they come out black
System specifications AMD fx 8320, geforce gtx 760, 8 gb ram

Hi, I’ve been playing FiveM for about a week without any issue. About 30 minutes ago when I started it, it did a little update and some issues began.
First of all, it doesn’t show any server, completely empty. Then, it’s using lots of resources, to the point I can’t barely open folders and do anything else if it’s running on background. Then, on the main page, right under the “Welcome to FiveM” banner, some strange sentences are being shown.
They’re like “FiveM, three years and still broken”, “the M stands for meme”, “32 slots should be enough for everyone”, “RIP :thinkingsnail:”, “it’s not open as in ‘open’ but as open” and so on.
I tried uninstalling and installing again, but it’s the same.
Any advice?
