Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes, multiple times

What did you do to get this issue? Tried joining a server

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
Clearing cache, resetting my IP and flushing my DNS, uninstalling and reinstalling both FiveM and GTAV, using a VPN to connect
