FiveM not Starting after updating from Win10 to Win11

What is the issue you’re having?

So after I had updated my PC from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and tried playing some nice FiveM, it just wouldn’t start. A lot of the times, Rockstar Games Social Club would be popping up for a split second and then nothing. Only after spamming it to open I get a crash that I will link

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Re-Installing FiveM, Social Club, Gta, Clearing Different Caches and looking for help online.

What server did you get this issue on?

None

Additional comments

I have tried almost everything on my own, even inspecting the .DMP file, but I’m no good at that. I just don’t know what to do anymore after reinstalling everything imaginable, even Social Club, which I think has something to do with it not opening. If you do take time to help me out, LMK!

does regular GTA:O work for you?

Yes, it does. I tried both online and story mode. Everything in GTA works after the reinstall, just not FiveM. In Task Manager it opens up directly with DumpServer, like it instantly crashes.

Update: It started loading all the stuff, then the screen where its supposed to show “We’re getting there” shows up, but its just blank, and it crashes after that. I reinstalled it, Deleted everything that could have had a thing to do with it and installed Social Club. Also deleted DigitalEntitlements from Local Appdata.

Game filters in Nvidia App should be off, that’s the usual cause for these things

Never been on in the first place, I haven’t gotten to the part where I can turn it Off or On, and you can’t do it in the NVIDIA app.

If nothing works then I’ll just downgrade back to Win 10 and take the L, reinstall everything.

Well do you have Nvidia App/ GFE installed at all?

Yes, Get Driver’s from there. I have checked.

Did reinstall gta5 too

Game Filters are enabled by default, make sure you actually turned them off entirely in the Nvidia App settings

how??

Go into the App’s settings and disable it?

try not work

Open your own topic if you need actual assistance

have you managed to fix it if so how did you do it

it was a network HWID issue type stuff, I ran a .bat file for resetting network and it worked. If you have similar issues to mine, dm Vivian in the cfx.re discord server.
