FiveM not Running,No FiveM folder in App data after unhiding, No Citizen Log file. No Nothing

I have downloaded FiveM from Fivem.net but it doesn’t run at all + no error is showing why it doesn’t run.

What did you do to get this issue? Nothing I just downloaded the game and the fiveM and it won’t run
What server did you get this issue on? FiveM is not running

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have searched for fivem appdata to delete caches.xml (Winkey + R) Nothing shows.
I moved my FiveM folder to a new folder in desktop and run it and nothing shows up.
Turned Off Windows Defender & Real time protection
4)Tried reinstalling and restarting my computer
5)Giving permissions to all users to run and modify FiveM.
6)Grand Theft Auto & Rockstar launcher have no issues running normally.

That GTA V folder doesn’t look anything like it should. Is it actually installed via Steam?

As for FiveM, toss the exe into an empty folder and run it that way.

Yes i downloaded it via Steam
I did toss FiveM in an empty folder and it didn’t run, but i came across clicking on FiveM 5 to 6 times and it worked it says updating game cache , and again i ran into another problem it get stuck half way for like an hour why?
