What is the issue you’re having? I randomly woke up and my fivem says updating/downloading content and randomly just closes and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and just keep getting the same result. This has happened twice in the past 2 months and I haven’t touched or changed anything.
What are you trying to do? Play fivem servers
What have you tried already to fix the issue? Uninstalling gta v and fivem turning on and off anti virus
What did you do to get this issue? NOTHING I just randomly try and load up and this starts to happen
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! N/A
Additional comments
I please hope this issue can be fixed because I haven’t touched anything in the folder at all and randomly out of nowhere receiving these errors and is messing up my content because I cant play Fivem I would love a solution as soon as possible thank you

I am also having the same issue. This has happened to me twice in the last 2 days and the only way to fix it is to uninstall GTAV and FiveM and reinstall both.
What server did you play on? OCRP
What did you do before the issue happened? I launched FiveM with a secured link that also connects me to the server. I play for a bit then close the game then the next day I am unable to launch it.
Go to Steam, make sure your GTAV files are all updated.
Uninstall FiveM (And all files, Delete the entire FiveM Folder) - Re-Download and install FiveM
(Make sure to write down the servers you visit so you may search them again, or use the corresponding Discords for connect)
Make sure you clear your FiveM cache periodically, especially if server hopping. (Not all servers are on the same builds or have the same settings, so not deleting the cache files can potentially cause issues)
Verify you have enough space on your drives, first of all, and make sure status.cfx.re doesn’t have any errors or downtime reported at the current moment;
If you have any third-party antivirus, “endpoint security” kind of software or use a third-party firewall, verify it’s not blocking connections or deleting/quarantining downloaded files;
Restart your PC and router (all of them if you have several) and try again;
If that does not work, open your cmd.exe in Elevated privileges and run the following two separately: netsh winsock reset ipconfig /flushdns
Restart your PC after doing so.
If it still does not work it’s basically guaranteed to be a networking issue on your end, use a VPN (find a free one, if one doesn’t work try others) or contact your Internet Service Provider for specialized assistance.
