Fivem not ''Loading'' when trying to connect to a server

What is the issue you’re having?

When I try to connect to any server it hangs on te loading screen and won’t go further. Once I wait like 20m to load is gives an error. I already tried alot of methods to try and fix this problem but still doens’t work

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I cleared my cashe/ logs/ crashes folder. Reinstalled FiveM. Turned of my firewall. I checked my Gtav for corrupt files.

Windows version

Windows 11

System specifications

CPU: Intel Core I7-14700K
RAM: 6000 MT/s, 32GB
GPU: 4070 TI Super
Disk: Kinston Fury Renegade (3,6 tb)
Ethernet Wifi
Newest Fivem Version
I play from steam

Antivirus software

Windows antivirus/ Malware bytes

Upload the log file from when this happens, you’ll find one under your FiveM AppData folder

Do you have this occur when trying to join any other servers? Try several and see.

I have it with alot of servers but not every server. Like I am playing server from the Netherlands and I have problems with most of them. But then tried joining a server from chigaco and it workt. (Once I start the game up with a VPN and try to connect to the server then is does work. But once I restart my pc and try again, then it wont work without a VPN Because of the failed recourse download.)
