FiveM Menu way too laggy in Full Screen until a join a game

System specifications i7 9700k / GTX 2070 / 16GB RAM
What did you do to get this issue? Alt+Enter (whenever I go fullscreen)
What server did you get this issue on? No server - FiveM Main menu

Also add what you already tried so far.

• Whenever I launch FiveM in fullscreen, the main menu and server loading screens are way too laggy. It hits more than 1000 FPS, I believe that has something to do with it.
• When I connect into the server, everything is back to normal and the game is smooth.
• When I launch FiveM in window mode, fps is capped at 60 and the menu/loading screen run smoothly.

My question is, is there a way to cap FPS in FiveM main menu full screen without forcing VSync?
I didn’t have my fiveM laggy like this before when I went fullscreen.
It’s annoying having to alt+enter multiple times everytime I launch fiveM.
