This is some high quality stuff and i’m happy people are starting to get out of the generic MLO repeats we have seen over the years, so many places in GTAV are untouched on the map but so unique.

Only feedback I will say is, without trying to sound racist, is that there are small things in this map that are region specific and therefore your sales will be affected such as:

  • Middle Eastern building design (such as arches for doorways etc)
  • Some of the props are laid out in odd places, like a car jack in a customer area
  • Some of the floors are a bit bland
  • Super market could be a bit more crowded and posters on walls and such
  • The LV store is kinda out of place, not only the area but the store type (but this is fairly personal opinion)
  • The bank is not lore based and has arabic text so would be out of place outside of those countries, would be better to have a modernised Flecca there (or an option for servers to brand based on whatever they have changed their server to)

Other then that, it’s a nice spot, can see this being a main hang out area to shift stuff away from Alta but then the above points stops me from wanting to buy it really.

In my opinion, it is very clean. But at some points too clean! Specifically the streets are one texture without any dirt or something like that. It doesn’t look like the rest of the map or as R* would do it.

But these are luxury-problems. It looks very nice and is really recommandable.
Just, as @nzkfc already told, keep your stuff lore-firendly and already is fine!
