Mapping tool = a program with which you can edit the map, with which you can place objects on the map

I am a friend of Buggstar and we just talked about this topic.
First of all, I would like to thank you CRena for your time.
Buggstar wants to know, whether there is a mapping tool, that can be used while connected to a server, because we were trying to use the map editor mod, with which we ran into the problem that the interiors from the bunkers und bases are not shown.
Since you suggested Codewalker, I just went ahead and tried it out and wasn’t able to find the bunker interior in codewalker. I do know where it is, but it just isn’t shown in Codewalkers World View.
So to sum up the Main question: Is there a server-sided Map Editor or one that can be used while connected to a server, or do you have tips on how to load the bunker interior in singleplayer with ScriptHook?
