Yes you can go to the keymaster website Keymaster
There you can select “Transfer to another account” Enter the account name and it will be transferd

What does the Garage and parking lot look like?

I dont have pictures of the current garage although the looks are pretty much tthe same as on the old mrpd

Only some minor lighting changes have found place
