There’s an command to turn off local music from radios and places I forgot what command it was 
Unless you can find a way to disable it via SetAudioFlag, you’ll need to find a way to locate music events and cancel them out with this native. I suggest trying to find an already-made script for this stuff first though, you cant be the only one with this problem lol
