Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows antivirus
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I do not have an antivirus software

Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried to disable my windows anti virus, My firewall and even tried restarting my computer a couple of times. I also tried to do the captcha until it would let me through but nothing will happen it would keep on giving me the same exact error.
