FiveM laggy maybe hardware or software issues????

Hello, I recently just started getting into GTA RP on FiveM. Now for some reason when I am on the servers, I get this laggy/glitchy gameplay etc etc.
My question is what can I do to fix this issue? I have played with the settings on GTA 5 from lowering settings to switching directx from 10, 10.1 and 11 edition and I still get the same results.

I even uninstalled GTA along with FiveM. Nothing seems to work or at least something I might be doing wrong that is. Or Could it just be my Hardware? I don’t know… thanks in advance.

Nice specs layout, but you forgot one important thing - is your FiveM and/or GTAV installed on a hard drive or an SSD? If so, what SSD (SATA/NVMe)? That’s important, particularly for FiveM servers with custom assets as those are usually quite heavy and as such require fast drive speed to load without hitching.
BTW, also - does this happen on one specific server or not? If not, then how many servers have you tried and had the issue on?
