fivem is lagging too kuch doesnt matter if im kn the lowest or the highest settings

i have tried literally everythinf i resetted my laptop watch so many tutorials to help but none work.

nothing just always had low fps
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!

i mainly play PMA RP but i lag on any server.

Additional comments

my fps is around 30-60 it goes up to 90 or maybe 100 hut thats if im near nothing at all.

Got the same problem with rtx 3060, i5 10th, 16gb ram, 1tb ssd. (laptop) -fps around 40/50
Switched from Windows 11 because i was sure the o.s is the problem.
Now on Windows 10 runs the same way

man idk how to fiz this problem

Check that you have the graphics drivers updated and also that you are using the good graphics instead of the integrated one.
Surely it is this second, you can check it in the graphics settings and put it to use the powerful graphics card when using FIveM since the laptops have 2.
