It seems that each time I start my PC, open Steam, open Discord then open FiveM, my Discord disappears from linked identities. I have had some success going in and removing FiveM from Authorized Apps in Discord and waiting for a new pop-up after starting FiveM, but usually it takes quite some time.
Is there any way (a file I can add my Discord info to, a bot or something of the sort) to keep FiveM recognizing my Discord info as a linked identity? It gets quite frustrating to have to go through this almost every time I restart my PC and try to get into a server.

You could try deleting the cache from Discord. Try this:
Uninstall Discord (Completely)
Before reinstalling, go to the following locations.
First Cache: Type into the bottom search bar or the run window %localappdata% and hit enter. Look for the “Discord” folder here and delete it.
Second Cache: Type into the bottom search bar or the run window %appdata% and hit enter. Look for the “Discord” folder here and delete it.
Then reinstall and then re-authorize. That might help you. I run servers that exclusively rely on heavy Discord integration and that has helped a tremendous amount of people after hours of troubleshooting with users.
