I have the same problem. I have a question though, how do you get to caches.xml. If someone finds a solution to thiis problem, then please let us know.
When you try and download the game cache update it should normally give you a “cache” file with whatever it downloaded before it failed from an error.
It should be that anyways, and yeah if you find a fix can you tell me please
