FiveM keeps crashing after startup with this Message

What is the issue you’re having?

Everytime i load up FiveM it starts, then minutes later it crashes saying “Not Compatable wit UserOOBE” or something like that

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

i cleared cashe, server data, everything, i uninstalled and re-installed, nothing works
