FiveM keeps authenticating with old Rockstar account even after full PC format

What is the issue you’re having?

I used to play FiveM with my main Rockstar account on one computer. Recently, I purchased a new Rockstar account to use on this same PC, since the computer will now be shared with another person.

To make sure no old data remained, I performed a full clean installation of Windows — no backups, no OneDrive sync, completely fresh system.
After reinstalling, I logged in to the Rockstar Launcher using only the new account (no Steam, Epic, or Discord linked).

Even on this fully formatted machine, FiveM still automatically authenticates with my old Rockstar account, instead of the new one.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Fully formatted the computer.

Manually deleted the following folders:

%localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements
%localappdata%\Rockstar Games
%localappdata%\FiveM
%appdata%\CitizenFX

Logged out of Social Club on the web and cleared all cookies/cache.

Confirmed that Rockstar Launcher is logged in only with the new account.

Checked Cfx.re Community - The home of FiveM/RedM
— no accounts are linked there.

Despite all that, FiveM still links itself to my old Rockstar account.
It seems the old Rockstar account is still internally linked to my Cfx/FiveM identifier, rather than being stored locally.

What server did you get this issue on?

FLUXO

Windows version

Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19045

System specifications

Ryzen 2600X
GTX 1060
16GB RAM

Antivirus software

None

Additional comments

My suspicion:
The Cfx backend is still recognizing my old Rockstar account through my current Cfx profile, even though everything local has been wiped. It might be an internal link that persists server-side.

My question:
Is there any official way to request a manual unlink or reset of the Rockstar account associated with my Cfx profile?
Or any proper procedure to force FiveM to recognize the new Rockstar account instead?

Additional details:
No Steam or Epic accounts linked.
FiveM login is via a standard Cfx account (not through Discord).
PC is completely formatted — fresh Windows install, no restored files.
I’d really appreciate if someone from the Cfx team could check whether there’s an active Rockstar link on my profile, and if possible, reset it so I can use my new account properly.

Thanks a lot for your help!
