I constantly switch from Windows 10 to 11, I would switch back, but I would like to at least do my best to fix this issue on Win11 first.

I think the cpu is not enough for this.

No because it’s good on Windows 10

Your CPU isn’t powerful enough to handle windows 11, FiveM and OBS at the same time. You need to understand that all these things eat up your CPU like crazy, so your CPU needs to be rather powerful in order to be able to handle all 3 of those.
