18+ GTA V Roleplay built around quality RP, intuitive gameplay, and a community that actually gets support when they need it.
Homebase Roleplay is a new FiveM RP server being built from the ground up by a solo developer who has been playing FiveM since 2018.
After years of playing FiveM, I became increasingly frustrated with how similar many servers had become; complicated interfaces, endless grinding, and staff systems that often feel completely disconnected from the actual game.
So I decided to build something different.
RP should be a game, not a second job.
That’s the philosophy behind Homebase.
Every system is designed around one question:
Does this make roleplay more enjoyable, or does it just get in the way?
That applies to everything from player interactions and menus to the way staff support works behind the scenes.
Staff Support Built Around the Player
One of the things I’ve put an enormous amount of work into is the staff and support infrastructure.
Most servers treat support as something that happens outside the game:
Something goes wrong → open Discord → create a ticket → wait → hope a staff member sees it.
I wanted to build something fundamentally different.
Staff can handle tickets directly from their phone - anywhere, anytime.
Our staff backend was developed specifically for Homebase and allows staff to manage player support and tickets without needing to be sitting at a computer or even be in-game.
A player can report an issue, and staff can deal with it from wherever they are.
That means:
- Problems can be dealt with quickly
- Trolls and disruptive players can be handled before they ruin an evening
- Player reports don’t disappear into an unread Discord channel
- Staff don’t have to stop what they’re doing in-game to deal with every issue
- Players spend more time actually playing
The goal isn’t to have an army of moderators watching everyone.
It’s the opposite.
Good staff infrastructure should be mostly invisible to players.
You shouldn’t have to think about moderation when everything is working.
But when something does go wrong, you should know that someone can actually help.
A Framework Built for Homebase
Homebase isn’t another server thrown together around a collection of existing systems.
I’m building the framework and supporting infrastructure specifically around the experience I want Homebase to provide.
That includes:
- Character-focused roleplay
- Minimal, discreet UI
- Meaningful civilian gameplay
- Emergency services
- Add-on vehicles
- An economy designed around gameplay rather than endless grinding
- Strong player support and moderation infrastructure
- Continuous development
And most importantly:
No pay-to-win. No real-money advantages. No requirement to treat RP like a second job.
Built by a Player, Not a Corporation
I’m the solo developer behind Homebase.
I’ve been playing FiveM since 2018, and Homebase is the result of taking all the things I’ve enjoyed about RP over the years and trying to build the experience I actually want to play.
That also means the community has a direct line to the person actually building the server.
I’m not interested in launching a server, filling it with hundreds of people and then disappearing.
I want to build Homebase alongside the people who play it.
If something doesn’t work, tell me.
If something is frustrating, tell me.
If you have an idea that would make the experience better, I want to hear it.
We’re Still Early
Homebase is currently in active development and the server is already available for playtesting.
We’re deliberately starting small.
We’re looking for people who want to get involved early, help shape the server and become part of the community while it’s being built.
You won’t be joining a server with thousands of players and years of established lore.
You’ll be joining at the beginning.
And that’s kind of the point.
