Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Only windows antivirus
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I cant if its windows

Important parts

What is the issue you’re having? I double click on FiveM shortcut/aplication, Then the FiveM Satrting small window show up. After the white line finish it will close and after 2 second it show up again but its all in white, then it will again close and now nothing happening. Sometimes it show nost starting but this:

on the pictures the white line is stuck for like second and the window will close, in task manager is nothig.
What are you trying to do?
I tried everythink I knew. I asked my friend, I reinstaled it, I watched a youtube tutorials and didnt fix it.

I played only on server Retrovax.

Yester day me and my friends we wanted to go play Fivem, I clicked on it and this started happening, but in Friday I normaly played it idk what happed around the night…

Reinstall FiveM entirely (delete the whole folder, download the latest .exe from the website and run it); if that doesn’t help you need to reinstall GTAV, I noticed you have some files from third-party mods in there - they may be causing this

I just written, I reinstalled Fivem like 6times. One time it downloaded everything you need, But other time it downloaded 5 things to folder.

And can you tell me what is the third- party mods?

ReShade is one of them, you’ve got files from a few in there from what I saw - it’s possible. In your case however, I would try using a VPN first to start the FiveM download from scratch first.
