Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? - Yes and also tried deleting the game
Error screenshot (if any) - There would be no errors just a straight crash on launch
System specifications - I5 9600KF GTX 1070 16GB Ram
What did you do to get this issue? - When I formatted my PC and installed my I5 9600KF Processor then tried downloading fivem it would happen but on my old i5 6600k this wouldnt occur and before the format

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Im using the default windows one
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Also add what you already tried so far. I tried updating drivers and resetting NVIDIA control panel settings, I feel that fivem may be trying to use my processes GPU which is causing it to crash since its a KF and doesnt have an integrated one but im not sure FiveM Crash Issue??? - YouTube
