Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No, because it’s not been problem ever.
Important parts
What is the issue you’re having? I uninstalled FiveM and reinstalled it and it wont download all needed files and just shows “Updating FiveM” and sometimes starts dowloading for second and stops and then disappears. When it does this I can see FiveM in task manages but disappears then.
What are you trying to do? To open FiveM
What have you tried already to fix the issue? Tried changing name of Rockstar Games folder, reinstalling FiveM, restarted my PC, verified my gta files on steam, updated my drivers.

I have tried to solve this in my Rp server Discord but no one knows what is the issue and I have so bad internet that I don’t want to instal Windows again. Thanks if somebody knows what is the issue.

Should I try to reinstall GTA or what because I already verified GTA files and last thing what I will do is that I reinstall Windows. Can the issue be about that I’m not downloaded latest Windows updates?
Open the NVIDIA App.
Click the Settings button on the left side.
Find the “Game filters and Photo Mode” setting.
Disable that setting (turn the setting button from green to grey)
