What did you do to get this issue? I think it’s because i haven’t enough ram
What server did you get this issue on? All
I know my pc is a trash, but actually i can’t afford a new pc. I can play gta online without a single lag if i disable sysmain service. But in fivem i have 2 problems.
Slow rendering, probably due to old no-gaming video card, but i can play having this issue, but i also have shuttering every 2 seconds, due to slow and not enough ram. My question is, i am planning to buy this https://www.pccomponentes.com/kingston-valueram-ddr3-1600-pc3-12800-4gb-cl11.
I would have dual channel 4x2 ram. If i buy that, will shuttering stop? Thanks if u answer and sorry for my bad english.

Your videocard and ram is an issue, 8 gb will be better but wont be perfect depending on the servers.
2 core cpu
4gb ram
GT630
The simple answer to your question, is No, it will not solve your problems. That machine is bad all around. And even doubling the ram, will not resolve your issues. You need a whole new machine. Save your money for a whole new computer as your can get something thats better than that for <300$ now-a-days.
@ChieF-TroN @Painwithin thank you for your answers, but the slow rendering is not important for me, I am playing games 2 years with that conditions, but shuttering is because game is running out of memory, so I though upgrading the ram would be enough to play fivem. I also know that 2 core CPU nowadays is a shit, but in fivem minimum requirements there is core 2 q6600, legacy but with 4 cores. So I don’t need the experience of an rtx or an i9-9900. With the game playable at lowest graphics without shuttering is enough for me.
More RAM should fix the issue. 8Gb is today’s minimum, FiveM included.
You see, majority of the servers are unoptimised, with huge amount of stuff in them, so even mid tear PCs are having issues sometimes. That’s the general experience. If your PC isn’t strong enough, you will get lower FPS, but if your PC doesn’t have enough RAM (or VRAM for GPU, it will try to force already overloaded standard RAM to take over), you’re done. Yes, buy more ram, at least those low fps should be relatively consistent, @carlisu
I also highly encourage your to go for 16Gb ram, if you don’t plan overall upgrade soon. 8Gb is already not enough. But it’s better than 4Gb, lol
ok thank you
Yea, and you don’t even meet that. I’m honestly surprised you can really play at all. But yea, I mean the 8gb will help a little bit, but you’re better off just doing a complete overhaul when you can afford it. Either way good luck with whatever you decide, but don’t be surprised if the extra ram doesn’t give you the results you’re looking for.
I don’t have very high expectations, I want to see if with this slight improvement it is playable, if not I will start saving for a new pc
