Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Disabled
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

I played with my audio settings, I reinstalled FiveM and deleted my cache. I reverted back to my original settings, but I can no longer hear in game sounds when in online mode. I can only hear voice chat, even then, I can hear everyone in the server at one time, my proximity doesn’t work.
