First time playing on FiveM and whenever I press ESC the entire menu is in chinese but when I play regular GTA 5, it starts in English. is there any fix?

delete the fivem cache and settings in %appadata% then relaunch the client.
that should fix it. make sure your primary language on windows is set to english just in case you have it as secondary and gtav is getting confused.

Regular GTA menu and FiveM single Player are in English.

I tried the fix you told me. Deleted the cache and reran the FiveM and it still shows chinese language. Checked my PC language is also English (UK) and when I play Regular GTA, its also English. I don’t know how to change the language?
Is there no fix to this issue?

I found this fix and posted elsewhere. Worked for me. See if it works for you.

This actually worked for me. I had to change in-game’s language to English. Which was hard cause all the languages name was also in English, so I kept trying every language until I came upon English and now entire menu is in English.
