either its the FiveM Version icon (that shows you if your on beta, latest or just general version) or it is something added by a custom script like a hud or some sorts, because i think that its the fivem version thing but not sure

This is just the fivem watermark

Fun fact about it is that it is changeable within your Fivem settings
Settings>game>Fivem watermark
