Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows Defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
When I am trying to run the game there’s an error:

An error occurred in module dxgi.dll

Error uploading: HTTP 502
I really enjoyed the roleplay but now i can’t play please help me

Hi there,

dxgi.dll is a graphics based DLL. Suggest you possibly update your Graphics Drivers to the latest version before any further FiveM support can be made.

From there, possibly do a scan now in Command Prompt by:

/sfc scannow

It didn’t help to me. I did sfc but it was not enaugh… Still have the problem
