Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? windows defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

I tried to uninstall fivem and gta 5. Also tried to reset my computer (All files except windows have been deleted) I couldn’t find the solution for 4 days. I have 700 hours at fivem. First time i saw this issue. Please help me
