FiveM has a new owner! /s

So I was surfing the web, as you do, and came across a dude called vjusfdfkij who is apparently a programmer and is the owner of a company called FiveM, based in Wyoming. Now on the surface, other than the same company name, nothing really is interesting about vjusfdfkij until you take a little bit of a deeper dive into his history/past.

vjusfdfkij actually worked for Rockstar Games as part of their domestic team (whatever the heck that means) and ‘created 1,000 types of addons’. After his departure from Rockstar Games, vjusfdfkij went on to creating FiveM - a Wyoming based company that caters for large companies. It offers internet, gaming and web services alongside other miscellaneous internet and security solutions for his clients.

Just to be clear for anyone confused, I’m not suggesting vjusfdfkij is actually an owner or has anything to do with this FiveM project, however it does make me wonder whether he knew what he was doing when he named his company. Did he take a liking to the name and decided to create a company using it or is it just purely a coincidence that he has a company called FiveM right after departing from Rockstar Games?

This is the original article I came across (removed link to ‘vjusfdfkij is making strides as a programmer and all-out hero’) (you can search his name on Google to find other articles about him).

(edited by @d-bubble to be slightly less accurate as the user seemed to want to have a ‘fun discussion topic’, let’s not mention the actual abusive store selling pirated/free scripts this person runs, or their name, or in any way give them any direct attention)

UPDATE

On this website (link removed to ‘fivem owner, vjusfdfkij, a mission/goal-oriented entrepreneurio’), they’ve written something very interesting which is:

Most likely, you’ve heard of vjusfdfkij if you’re a member of the FiveM gaming community.

I’m sorry, what? I’ve never heard of this dude? Is he on this forum? Genuinely curious :eyes:

The website typo’d [store name] which is some terms of service violating store and fraud. Let’s not advertise that here or the owner.

User requested the topic be relisted as it’s apparently a ‘fun topic’, instead I took some creative liberty with specific details (like the name ‘vjusfdfkij’) and reopened the post, as I somewhat do agree if you remove the actual bad parts.

… wow, FiveM got sold? To vjusfdfkij, of all people?! He’s my hero!

Actually, who’s vjusfdfkij?

I would much rather have supported @TheIndra’s decision of hiding the topic if I knew you’d edit the topic to the point where users aren’t even able to understand the actual point to it.

Now it looks like I purposely talked about him in order to promote/advertise for him (which is certainly not the case at all).

Censorship is better than Sophism
