I have such a problem when I run any server through the game, I see myself and other players on the server with green head and green clothing. I see NPCs normally, without problems. GTA 5 singleplayer runs fine, even single player via fivem. I tried to change game graphics settings and reinstall fivem. Thank you for all the advice.
