Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? I deleted everything in the cache folder but game

System specifications 32gb of ram, GTX 1080, and i5 8400k
What did you do to get this issue? Tried to launch my game and I updated my drivers for my gfx card
What server did you get this issue on? No server

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
Tried Restarting my PC, Clearing cache every folder but the game folder, Looked in task manager for app running in the back ground, Verifying Files on steam, Checking my anti virus virus chest, and
