FiveM gives me a white empty Screen every time when started

FiveM Launcher gives any time an white empty Window, looks like this:

So before this white WIndow it seems to function:

but then i got this white Window with nothing in it and a strange URL on top:
htttps://prod.ros.rockstargames.com/scui/mtl/launcher

I tried to reinstall fiveM serveral times but nothing worked out. Im searching for a solution for 2 days now. i googlet the URL and it brought me to this forum. So maybe anyone here can help!

GTA V at it self seems fine, the Rockstar Launcher also works normal.
Dont know if it has anything to do with Steam? Found some hints at the internet but nothing worth it.

Up to date? yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Social Club
Windows version? 10 Home
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
