fivem freezing every 20 seconds

**Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? dont know what that is or how to do it
**System specifications: gtx 1650, i5 10400f, 16gb corsair ram, 1tb storage
**CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): dont have any as i reinstalled fivem
**logs/CitizenFX_log files:

**What is the issue you’re having? when im playing fivem in any server it would be running smooth then suddenly freezes for like 3 seconds (there is no sound during this) and it does this every 20 seconds.
one day i was playing fivem and then it just started happening

**What are you trying to do? get an answer on how to fix this

**What have you tried already to fix the issue? reinstalling fivem, reinstalling gta 5, factory resseting pc

**What did you do to get this issue? nothing i was just playing one day and then it started happening out of nowhere

**What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! does it on every server i play, i mainly play kingsmenrp and fat bird networks pvp
