Additional comments
I’ll start by describing the first problem/crash that happened exclusively when playing fiveM, for which I found a solution and the very similar second error where I’m yet stuck finding a solution:

-1st ERROR:
After some minutes playing the game(a random amount) the pc image and sound freezes on both screens. All inputs and outputs become useless but don’t turn off either.
The image on both screens is the same it was when It froze.
The sound becomes a steady noise, sometimes loud or quieter, low or high pitch.
No input works: not the keyboard, not the mouse, not the tower turn off button(unless…)…etc
The two only possible ways of getting over this crash is cutting electricity or pressing the tower turn off button for 10-15 seconds, which will turn off the pc by force.
Once this is done, if I try to turn on the pc, two things can happen:

Even though the fans and lights turn on in the tower components, most peripherals won’t receive signal and the pc will stay in this state indefinitely. (Screens won’t get image, mouse or keyboard lights won’t turn on, but mic light turns on and the connected phone starts charging)

Fans will start running, components as well, but in a few seconds everything turns off, automatically the pc will try to turn itself on again, repeating this process indefinitely.
To fix this new type of crash or error. The only solution is to turn off by force the computer like before. Disconnect the pc from the grid and purge remaining electricity by pressing the turn on button a few times.
Now if I try turning on the pc, the pc will work as it should.
But when playing fiveM, after an indeterminate amount of minutes(usually 5 to 30 minutes, even though other occasions its been 2 to 4 hours) all this happens again.
-1st FIX:
Tried everything:
-Making sure there’s enough space in boths disks to run fluidly.
-Game graphics to minimum.
-Changing RAM to different ports.
-Making sure all connections in motherboard and components were thight and correctly aligned.
-Checking all temperatures are normal during crashes.(they always were)
-Checking crashes also happen when components aren’t at its 100% use.
-Cleaning fans and dissipators and even leaving the tower door opened.
-Cleaning temp files. (CCleaner)
-Updating all drivers. (Driver Booster and CCleaner)
-Checking dlls. (CCleaner)
-Running exclusively FiveM and no other app.
But what made the difference was to:
-Disconnect unnecessary USBs, that in my case was a DualShock 3 controller.
(Once I disconnected it, I felt an improvement but error ended up happening again)
-Uninstall 360 cont. and Dualshock 3 controllers from Device Manager.
This FIXED the problem for a while(might be enough for you) until…
-2nd ERROR
Now it has started happening again, after a week here I am, stuck with a very similar problem/crash.
This time everything is the same but for 4 things.
-1. FiveM suddenly crashed, giving me a crash file, started it again and everything seemed normal. Then the next day this ERROR came again to haunt me.
-2. The steady noise is quieter.
-3. Once I turn off by force the pc, only sometimes, I can turn it on without disconnecting it from the grid and/or purging remaining electricity.
-4. Twice, the pc froze when I just turned it on after opening many things very fast, without opening fiveM (I’ll guess it was those times I didn’t purge remaining electricity from the system or disconnected it from the grid)
My suspicions are that it has something to do with a software error that fiveM creates that when activated stays in RAM if not purged, but I don’t have enough knowledge to be sure about that.
-2nd FIX(Please Help!)
I don’t have any idea please help me replying with any insights, I’ve tried everything from the 1st FIX and it isn’t working.
(I WILL UPDATE WITH ANY DISCOVERY I DO, so please don’t close this post)

Sound control panel:
Playback: “Voicemeeter VAIO 3” as default device and communication device.
Recording: “Voicemeeter Output” as default device and communication device
