Also add what you already tried so far. So whenever i join a server my Fivem Freezes and i cant do anything about it the CPU goes up to 90 degrees and then it crashes. Idk why but yesterday everything was fine today i opened up to play a server and my fivem keeps freezing out and crashing. And Sometimes it crashes my discord and youtube too. I have verified my files on GTA V and cleared the Cache

Fill these in, they’re just as important as the single screenshot you provided. If the folders are not there, verify your FiveM and GTAV files (try a reinstall if it doesn’t help)
I mean, the game may close because of CPU throttling too - that all depends on your OS and exact PC specs, as well as drivers and a billion other details. Let me put it that way - it has a chance to fix your issue, so it’s worth doing.
One more thing worth trying is using DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers, rebooting, downloading the latest ones and rebooting again - that’s not as likely to help but also worth at least attempting.
Use GeForce Experience - download it if you dont have it installed (although I dont know why anyone wouldn’t have it lol), navigate to the Drivers tab in the app and it’s self-explanatory.
