What is the issue you’re having?

I can’t play with this problem. Its always the same on every server. VPN fixes this issue but I don’t want to use vpn. I need a solution like vpn do. Please help

You just have a bad/unreliable connection, chances are your ISP is throttling P2P (peer-to-peer) traffic which is common in some areas of the world. Contact your ISP support.
