I have literally answered the question twice, can’t add much more to it either.
Load the carcols.meta (file responsible for the lighting setup) into something like this tool and see if you can change it to your liking; if it doesn’t work, you will need to edit the model. I’m not here to argue whether it’s intentionally set up that way by the author or not but please, look up California Highway Patrol vehicle lighting, you can’t tell me that it’s not the inspiration for the model you shared here - even the rambar matches the CHP 2011 CVPI almost perfectly
