Fivem False siren light

The red light of the siren on the roof of the police car always stays red at the same spot. How can this be fixed? Can someone help? - Watch my clip!

Pretty sure that’s an intentional feature - it’s “California-style” lighting, as in there by state law all emergency vehicles must be equipped with a steady front-facing red light. Best noticed on CHP vehicles IRL (which the lighting pattern of the model you posted seems to be based off), but they all have this kind of light somewhere.
Technically speaking, to change the lighting you will either need to work with a siren tool or, if it’s baked into the model, make changes via ZModeler. Or just find another vehicle model and don’t bother lol

(Check out my new uploaded picture.)

I don’t think you fully understand what I mean. The issue is that the red color only changes to transparent for one light on the right side when the police car’s blue light is on, but the other light unfortunately remains constantly red. How can I ensure that it alternates between red and transparent like the other light?

My answer doesn’t change, it’s most likely intentionally set up this way by whoever made the model to mimic California compliant lighting. As to your question,

Actually, it’s not intended. How can I change it so that the red on the right side of the picture behaves the same as the other red?

I have literally answered the question twice, can’t add much more to it either.
Load the carcols.meta (file responsible for the lighting setup) into something like this tool and see if you can change it to your liking; if it doesn’t work, you will need to edit the model. I’m not here to argue whether it’s intentionally set up that way by the author or not but please, look up California Highway Patrol vehicle lighting, you can’t tell me that it’s not the inspiration for the model you shared here - even the rambar matches the CHP 2011 CVPI almost perfectly
