Fivem.exe wont even run, not even installing

Up to date? yep
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? dunno what this is

System specifications 1080 i7
What did you do to get this issue? absolutely nothing. Just downloaded and this pops up
What server did you get this issue on?
CitizenFX.log file should I even have files if I cant even connect to install?
.dmp files/report IDs idk check pic

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? i only have windows antivirus (i am 99% sure)

Also add what you already tried so far. I clicked run as admin
